Welcome to Rector Guitars! I have been building and restoring musical instruments since 1975 - dulcimers, banjos, even a balalaika. In 2000, I began building guitars, and they have been the focus of my building ever since. From my workshop just east of Oklahoma City, between Jones and Choctaw, I build custom guitars using only the finest materials - Adirondack, Sitka and Englemann Spruce, Koa, Macassar Ebony, Mahogany, and East Indian Rosewood, just to name a few. Demand for custom guitars is high, so I don't usually have many in stock to sell at retail, but I will happily work with you on designing the custom guitar of your dreams.
